3. Intellectual Property

The PimsLead platform, including its design, source code, content, training scenarios, brand and logos, is the exclusive property of OPIIM SARL, except for third-party elements clearly identified.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the platform, by any means and in any form whatsoever, is forbidden without the prior written authorization of OPIIM SARL.

Trademarks, names and logos of partner organizations remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Liability

OPIIM SARL implements reasonable means to ensure the availability and quality of the service, without warranty of uninterrupted access or absence of errors.

The training content generated by the AI agents (Scenariste, Personnage, Coach) is provided for educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, HR or management advice and shall not replace the judgment of a qualified professional.

5. Applicable Law

This notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the platform will be submitted to the competent French courts, subject to mandatory provisions on jurisdiction.
